Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Because our products are high-value luxury items, some orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. HEIR Vintage & Luxury is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for packages sent to an incorrectly entered address.

If a package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.
